Terms and Conditions

Before placing an order, please ensure that you review and agree to our terms and conditions, as this indicates your acceptance of our policies as outlined on our website.

Minss reserves the right to amend or modify any terms and conditions, or any website policies, at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes or modifications are posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

PURCHASING

  • Order may be placed through our website, www.minss.my.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) selected, including sizes, colours, and quantities, are correct before completing the checkout process. Note that orders cannot be amended once confirmed.
  • Ensure that the recipient's details are accurate and complete, including a full address and mobile number.
  • Minss accepts payments via iPay88 Online Payment Gateway, Bank Transfer, and TNG. For more information on payment options, please refer to HERE.
  • Item(s) are only secured upon successful payment.
  • Please be aware that orders will be cancelled if payment is not successfully completed within 24 hours.
  • Please note that once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

INSTOCK & BACKORDER ITEM(S)

Instock Item(s):

  • Instock items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following successful payment.

  

Backorder Item(s):

  • Backorders are offered for sold out items and are typically available only within a specific timeframe.
  • The arrival time for different items may vary and is generally stated under the individual item descriptions.
  • We apologize for any delays or cancellations of backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays, fabric shortages, etc.
  • For delayed or cancelled backorders, order cancellations are not applicable. Instead, a store credit with no expiration will be issued. Cash refunds are not available.
  • If your order includes both instock and backorder items, you may choose to have them shipped together or separately during checkout. For more details, please refer HERE.

DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated under the BACKORDER category.
  • Shipping is conducted on weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For orders with free shipping, adding items or combining orders is strictly not allowed.
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
  • Additional fees will be charged for re-delivery in the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts or bounced parcels.
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties that apply upon arrival in the destination country must be paid by the recipient.
  • The responsibility for your products lies with our third-party postal service providers, and we cannot be held accountable for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided.

DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

  • If you have a discount code, please enter it before completing the checkout process to ensure the discount is applied.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders where discount codes were not applied at the time of purchase.
  • Discount codes may have an expiry date, which will be communicated as applicable.
  • Discount codes cannot be extended beyond their stated validity period.
  • Once your order is confirmed, additional discounts cannot be applied.

  

REWARD POINTS

  • Register an account with us to become eligible for earning reward points.
  • Earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent.
  • Every 100 points for an RM 1 discount on your next purchase.
  • Points are awarded based solely on the price of the item, excluding shipping fees, discount, and etc.
  • Points will expire at the end of the month, 365 days after issuance.
  • Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits, issued by Minss, can be applied to any purchase made on our website.
  • Store credits do not expire unless otherwise specified.
  • To redeem store credits, log in to your account and select "Store Credits" during checkout. The invoice will display the payable amount after applying the credits.
  • You may choose the amount of store credits to redeem for your purchase at checkout.
  • Store credits are strictly non-transferable.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (e.g., size not fit, do not like the product, etc), you may return the item, and store credit will be refunded.
  • All returns must be inquired and returned within 5 working days (for Malaysia) or 10 working days (for international orders) upon receiving from courier service.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, clean, unworn, unaltered, with the MINSS tag and attach together with the Return Form.
