ORDER
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within the subsequent 48 hours, except for BACKORDER items.
Minss provides the option of Separate Shipment Services. You may choose to have your order, whether INSTOCK or BACKORDER items, shipped together or in separate shipments.
Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking details. Please be aware that during busy periods, promotional events, or sales, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
The time frames provided for shipping are in addition to the processing times. We are unable to ensure that parcels will arrive within the expected time frame, as estimated delivery dates serve merely as guidelines and couriers may occasionally encounter delays.
Additional fees will be incurred for re-delivery in the case of unsuccessful delivery attempts or any bounced parcels. The re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer, or by Minss if the error was on our part. Please note that any unclaimed bounced parcels will be forfeited after six months, and no compensation will be offered.
LOCAL DELIVERY (MALAYSIA)
Local shipments are handled by NINJAVAN.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipment destination.

When your order contains both INSTOCK and BACKORDER items, you may choose to ship it Together or Separately.
If you select "SHIP BACKORDER SEPARATELY", the INSTOCK items will be shipped immediately, while the BACKORDER items will be shipped separately upon their arrival. This option requires two separate shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)
International shipments are currently available to Singapore via NINJAVAN.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipment destination.

SELF-PICKUP (KULAI, JOHOR ONLY)
If you choose the self-pickup option, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please schedule an appointment with us at least 24 hours prior to collection via Instagram Chat, Email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Last-minute appointments will not be allowed.
Parcels that are not retrieved within three months from the date of the self-pickup notification email will be subject to disposal.
It is recommended to choose the split shipment pickup service if you wish to collect INSTOCK and BACKORDER items separately.
Please note that if you select "SHIP BACKORDER SEPARATELY", you may collect the INSTOCK items first and then collect the BACKORDER items separately upon their arrival.
