Return Policy

We do not provide exchanges, but we do accept returns without reason.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (e.g., the size does not fit, you don't like the product, etc.), you may return the item, and store credit will be issued as a refund. You can use the refunded store credit to place a new order at any time.

Return Term & Conditions

  • Please contact us via Instagram Chat / WhatsApp / Facebook Chat / Email for return assistance.
  • All returns must be inquired and returned within 5 working days (Malaysia) / 10 working days (International) upon receiving from courier service. Requests for returns made after this period will not be processed.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, clean, unworn, unaltered, and include the MINSS tag along with the Return Form.
  • Please note that the return postage fees will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed incorrect or defective.
  • The shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the parcel, store credit will be issued to your account and will remain valid for a lifetime.
  • The refunded store credit will correspond to the amount paid for the product (excluding postage fees, discount, reward points, rewarded store credit, and etc).
  • Please allow up to 3 days for processing your return.
  • Please note that returns requests made by third parties will not be accepted.

 

Incorrect / Defective Items Received

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

  • Please contact us via Instagram Chat / WhatsApp / Facebook Chat / Email for return assistance.
  • In the case of incorrect / defective items, all returns must be inquired and returned within 5 working days (Malaysia) / 10 working days (International) upon receiving from courier service. Requests for returns made after this period will not be processed.
  • Be sure to provide your order number and images of the incorrect or defect issue and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
  • The return postage fees for defective items will be borne by us, and you should send us the shipping cost receipt for a credit refund (maximum RM8 for WM / maximum RM14 for EM).
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, clean, unworn, unaltered, and include the MINSS tag along with the Return Form.
  • Once we receive your parcel, you may choose your preferred refund method (e.g., Store Credit/Cash).
  • The refund amount will correspond to the actual amount paid.
  • Reward Points used for the purchase will also be refunded to your account in the event of incorrect or defective items being received.

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Issues arising from improper use or failure to adhere to care instructions.
  • Minor stains smaller than 2 cm.
  • Minor defects such as loose threads, slight seam misalignment, or loose buttons that can be sewn on.
  • For printed items, please allow for variability as each piece may differ slightly due to fabric placement.
  • Measurement Discrepancies: Variations of 1 to 3 cm may occur due to manufacturing processes.
  • Colour Discrepancies: The true colour of an item may vary slightly due to strong studio lighting and differences in individual computer display resolutions.
