Reward Points Term & Conditions

1. Register an account with us to become eligible for reward points.
2. Points can only be redeemed through our website at www.minss.my.
3. Points will be issued after the completion of an order.
4. Points are awarded only based on the item's price and exclude shipping fees, discount, and etc.
5. Store credits are not eligible for points.
6. Points will expire at the end of the month, 365 days after issuance.
7. Points will be forfeited if you return a purchase deemed unsatisfactory.
8. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Reward points are non-transferable.
10. No extensions will be given after points have expired.
11. Points cannot be redeemed for past purchases.

Minss reserves the authority to revise the terms and reward structure without prior notification.
